Travel made to the Rio Araguaia - July 2011

The Araguaia River (River Red Macaws in Tupi) is a river which rises in the Brazilian state of Goiás, in the Serra do Caiapó near the Emas National Park. This river is a natural border between the states of Goias, Mato Grosso, Tocantins and Pará has a length of 2114 km and is considered one of the best fishing grounds in the world. Here are some remarkable pictures recorded in the Port of Itacaiú.
